‘It's time to turn yourself in.' Photos show driver, car who fatally struck woman

Police are searching for a man who they say hit a woman with his car, got out to check the damage to the car and then got back in and drove away. The woman, 61 was in a wheelchair and died from her injuries. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the latest details.
