‘It's a shame.' Illegal car meetup in Frankford leads to multiple arrests and citations

An illegal car meetup in Northeast Philadelphia ended with multiple citations, people arrested and their cars confiscated. Police say this is an issue that they are proactively addressing and won’t tolerate. Neighbors are also fed up with the activity that has been happening more and more.
