Irizarry's family relieved after new judge reinstates charges against former officer Mark Dial

A new judge has reinstated all charges against former Philadelphia police officer Mark Dial for the shooting death of Eddie Irizarry. This decision comes almost a month after a different judge dismissed those charges. Dial was not granted bail. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle spoke with Irizarry’s family after the decision was made.
