Congregations continue to come together to remember the victims of the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida shooting. These memorials are happening across Philadelphia and its suburbs, and have been bringing people of all beliefs together.
On June 19, First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse neighborhood is presenting "A Concert to End Gun Violence." Musicians from First Church, the Academy of Vocal Arts, Opera Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Orchestra will gather together for a night of music by Mozart, Brahms and others.
Church music director Andrew Senn said he felt this was a unique and necessary way to bring people together in order to make something beautiful out of such tragedy.
A free offering will be taken to benefit Heeding God's Call, a group committed to ending gun violence, and The William Way Center, a safe place for LGBT+ youth.
Today and throughout the week mourners will continue to gather to pay respect to the victims of the massacre in Orlando.

Media, Pa. Delaware County Courthouse at 5:30 p.m.
Reading, Pa. Reading Pride Celebration at 7 p.m.
Red Bank, N.J. Red Bank Borough Municipal Garden at 8 p.m.
Another vigil will be held tomorrow, June 16, in Johnstown Central Park at 12 p.m.
Other vigils will be held on June 19 in Harrisburg at HMAC Stage on Herr at 12 p.m., Kuztown University of Pennsylvania at 8:30 p.m., First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia at 3 p.m., and Reading All Souls ECC at 1 p.m.
A vigil will be held in New Jersey Cape May State Park on June 21 at 6 p.m.
Another vigil will be held on June 23 in Harrisburg by Pride Festival of Central PA at 5 p.m.
