An accident involving several vehicles and an over-turned car, which occurred about 5:40 p.m. Friday, has blocked off all lanes on I-95 Southbound past Street Road .
The Vine Street Expressway East, past Broad Street has all lanes closed due to this accident.
Traffic is backed up in these areas as of 5:50 p.m., as rescue vehicles are still working at the scene.
According to authorities, one person has been taken to Frankford Torredale Hospital.
