A pedestrian was struck and killed on I-295 in Paulsboro, Gloucester County Tuesday.
The unidentified victim was struck by a vehicle in the northbound lanes of I-295 near exit 19. He or she was pronounced dead.
Two northbound lanes were shut down at the scene of the crash. Officials say the vehicle stayed on the scene.
