Hundreds to participate in the Travis Manion 9/11 Heroes Run in South Philly

This week marked 23 years since the terror attacks on September 11th, and this morning, hundreds of people have come together in South Philadelphia to honor the lives lost that day. NBC10’s Siobhan McGirl has more on the Heroes Run at the Navy Yard.
