Historic ratified copy of the US Constitution makes stop in Philly, to be auctioned starting at $1M

A centuries-old, printed copy of the ratified United States Constitution is making a pit stop in Philadelphia after the historic document was discovered two years ago in a dusty file cabinet in North Carolina. It is one of eight ratification printings of the constitution known to exist. It will be auctioned, with the bid starting at $1 million. NBC10’s Yukare Nakayama has more.
