High-end retail theft ring busted. Investigators share how they pulled off the crimes

Philadelphia police announced the arrests of two women wanted in connection to a string of thefts that span from the King of Prussia Mall to the Main Line and Center City. However, police say more arrests are coming. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors has the details.
