Authorities say a man arrested after they say he robbed an NJ Transit bus driver on Christmas Day also faces domestic violence assault charges.
The Daily Journal reports that 43-year-old Paul Mack was arrested Thursday. Bridgeton police Chief Mark Ott said he was charged with robbing a bus driver at gunpoint.
Ott says that Mack gave a fake name to officers when they found him, but they determined his identity and that he was also wanted on assault charges.
Mack was being held at the Cumberland County Jail on $510,000 bail. It wasn't immediately clear if he had an attorney.
He was charged with robbery and weapons offenses, along with sexual assault, simple assault and stalking. Police say those charges stem from domestic violence incidents on Dec. 6 and 15.
