Gov. Tom Wolf Calls for Special Session on Monday for Child Sex Abuse Victims

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf called for a special session on Monday in which he’ll propose giving child sex abuse victims an extension to file civil lawsuits. NBC10’s Karen Hua explains why some are pushing back against the session.
