Gov. Shapiro celebrates second annual ‘Day of Service' in Chester on MLK Day

Governor Shapiro celebrated MLK Day in Chester for Delaware County’s second annual Day of Service event. Despite the frigid weather, hundreds of people came together to give back to the community where Dr. King once lived. NBC10’s Rosemary Connors highlights the event.
