Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro was among those to memorialize Philadelphia Police Officer Jaime Roman at the slain hero’s funeral Thursday. NBC10’s Frances Wang reports from outside Center City’s Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul.
