Good Samaritan stops man from getting away after hitting officer with dirt bike

A highway patrol officer is hurt after police say he was hit by someone riding an illegal dirt bike. Police say the officer was on a motorcycle when he was hit by a speeding dirt bike rider who tried to flee the scene, but a neighbor intervened to stop him.
