A young girl is fighting for her life after she fell out of a Philadelphia home late Wednesday afternoon.
The 4-year-old girl fell from a second-floor window on the 1700 block of Folsom Street shortly before 4:30 p.m. The girl suffered multiple facial injuries and was taken to the hospital where she is currently in critical condition.
