Flooding Devastates Norristown Businesses

Local businesses already struggling amid the pandemic were dealt another blow Tuesday when Tropical Storm Isaias caused widespread flooding and damage. NBC10’s Deanna Durante checks on Norristown which saw some of the most severe flooding in our area.
