Flag raising at Philadelphia City Hall marks the start of LGBTQ History Month

October is LGBTQ History Month and it’s a chance to reflect on the progress made by activists to expand protections for marginalized groups. Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker and city leaders showed support with a flag raising at City Hall on Friday. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle has the story.
