Firefighters continue to work to contain wildfire in Wharton Street Forest and investigate the cause

The New Jersey Forest Fire services say firefighters continue to battle a wildfire that was set off due to fireworks in Wharton State Park over the holiday weekend. Heavy smoke can be seen pouring from the forest as officials say about 4,000 acres have burned. As of Monday afternoon, the fire is 75% contained and a criminal investigation is underway into who caused the fire. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan has the latest details.
