Father Tells Police That Robber Shot, Killed 4-year-old in Home

Neighbors in a North Philadelphia neighborhood are devastated after a 4-year old was shot and killed in the child’s home. NBC10’s Miguel Martinez-Valle reports that police arrived at the scene after the father reported a home invasion.
