Philly police shoot man who they say shot 3 officers, another man

A man opened fired on police as they responded to a 911 call at his home and injured three officers. All of this after a 12-year-old boy called police because his father shot his uncle after an argument over video games. NBC10’s Aaron Baskerville has an update.
