A 22-year-old man is left dead after a fatal shooting in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia Monday night.
Around 6:40 p.m., police rushed to the 6600 block of N. Gratz Street after reports of a shooting.
Once there, they found a young man who had been shot once in the neck. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are still investigating, and no arrests have been made.
