Family sues NY officer accused of shooting NJ man in road rage incident

The family of Kishan Patel is speaking out after filing a lawsuit against New York City, its mayor and a NYPD officer after a road rage shooting incident left Patel permanently disabled. NBC10’s Leah Uko reports.
