Family of teen executed for wrongful conviction filing lawsuit against Delco almost a century later

93 years after a 16-year-old boy was executed for murder, his family is filing a civil rights lawsuit against Delaware County. He was the youngest person to ever be executed in Pa. and he was found wrongfully convicted two years ago. NBC10’s Karen Hua spoke with the family about why they are going forward with the case almost a century later.
