Family Mourns Man Killed During Violent Weekend in Philadelphia

A gunman killed a man and injured five other people during a graduation party in Southwest Philadelphia. It was one of 23 shootings that occurred in Philly over the weekend with a total of 32 victims and six homicides. NBC10 spoke to the family of the man who was killed as city officials react to the violence.
