Family and community activists aren't discouraged by judge dismissing charges in Eddie Irizarry's murder

A judge’s decision to dismiss charges against former Philadelphia police officer Mark Dial has led to divided opinions across the city. Tuesday night the victim’s family members joined others from the community to protest that ruling. NBC10’s Leah Uko has all of Tuesday’s developments.
