With FAFSA changes creating delays and problems, the Department of Education hasn’t given universities all the information they need to create financial aid packages. Now, universities are months behind in creating these aid offers, making it difficult for students to commit to a school. NBC10’s Tim Furlong took a trip to Widener University where they pushed back their college acceptance deadline in light of the delays.
