Philly's Shamrock Street Painter Revealed

Around 3 a.m. Monday, residents of East Falls hit the streets to paint an annual Saint Patrick’s Day tribute. Tom Doyle has been painting a shamrock in the intersection of Ridge and Midvale avenues for years to celebrate the area’s Irish heritage.
