Drug Use, Piles of Trash and Mechanical Failures Shut Down SEPTA El Station

The Somerset Station on SEPTA’s Market–Frankford Line in Kensington is shutting down this weekend after piles of garbage, needles that shut down elevators and rampant drug use led to serious safety concerns. NBC10’s Drew Smith has the details.
