What the DNC is Teaching Philadelphia About Changing Homelessness

Philadelphia Office of Homeless Services Director Liz Hersh says added funding for more beds for people who are homeless during the DNC has showed what is possible with increased resources. She said the added respite beds and counselors have helped a number of people get off the streets and begin their journey out of homelessness.
