Discounted theater ticket booth ‘TKTS' coming to Old City to increase tourism

A New York City staple for discounted theater tickets is coming to Philadelphia. The TKTS discounted ticket booth will be inside the Independence Visitor Center in Old City and will open on Thursday, Nov. 21. It will offer same day theater tickets in person.
