Police: Two Delaware Men Found With 910 Bags of Heroin in Car During Traffic Stop

Delaware State Police say two men have been arrested on drug offenses after heroin was found in a car during a traffic stop.

The agency said in a news release that a car traveling over the speed limit was stopped on Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway near the Dover toll plaza on Sunday afternoon. Troopers say they could smell marijuana in the car and conducted a search.

Investigators say the search turned up 910 bags of heroin weighing 13.65 grams.

No marijuana was found. Police say Roman Wiltbank and De'von G. Walker, both age 20 and both of Dover, were charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and other drug offenses. Wiltbank, who police say was the driver, was also charged with traffic offenses.
