Delaware High School Grad and Pennsylvania College Student Among Victims of Ohio Mass Shooting

A Delaware high school graduate and a Pennsylvania college student were among the victims of a mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, that killed seven other people over the weekend. NBC News spoke to the mother of Beatrice Nicole Warren-Curtis. A Central Pennsylvania community is also mourning Nicholas Cumer, a student at Saint Francis University in Cambria County.
