Delaware First Lady Tracey Quillen Carney debuts new children's book

Delaware First Lady Tracey Quillen Carney has written a new children’s book that she hopes will get more parents to read to their children and more families to visit their local library. She spoke with NBC10’s Tim Furlong before leaving for a statewide reading tour.
