Delaware County DA investigating after officer kills woman, injures man, following traffic stop

The Delaware County District Attorney is investigating a deadly traffic stop after an officer killed a woman and injured a man. Police are saying it was self-defense. NBC10’s Deanna Durante has the dispatch call of the incident.
