Del. woman killed after police chase, shootout in 2 states, officials say

A woman who was a suspect in a 2023 Delaware shooting was killed following a shootout with state troopers and multiple crashes during a police chase that spanned two states and led to I-95 being shut down for an hour, investigators said.
