Deadly hit-and-run in Rhawnhurst

A woman is sought after a man was killed in a hit-and-run along Bustleton Avenue, early Monday. According to police, the woman struck the man, who was walking along the roadway, and flipped her car, before she kicked out the windshield of the vehicle and ran off into the night.
