Crews enter next phase of rebuilding I-95; traffic changes over next couple of days

After a truck fire caused a portion of I-95 to collapse in June, crews worked diligently to repair the highway as quickly as possible. Now crews are reaching another major milestone in permanently repairing the interstate as a new section of the bridge will be open to drivers. NBC10’s Karen Hua has an update.
