Controversy swirls around Collingdale's police chief candidate

Collingdale’s council is expected to discuss electing a new chief of police on Tuesday night, but the candidate on the table is currently under investigation for tipping off an attempted homicide suspect before a raid. NBC10’s Karen Hua reports.
