Community mourns death of man robbed, killed over weekend in Norristown

Family, friends and neighbors came together after a deadly robbery devastated their community. William Carter, 35, was robbed and killed over the weekend in Norristown. Police are still searching for the four suspects involved. NBC10’s Leah Uko has more from the victim’s vigil.
