Clear the Shelters: Find Your Purr-fect Match With Trooper

Trooper is an absolutely adorable kitty who is very sweet. This cat has been living with a foster since her owner moved away and didn’t bring her along, but now Trooper is ready for a new forever home. The Pennsylvania SPCA is hosting a Kitten Bowl with reduced adoption fees to help trooper and other cats find loving homes.
