City council passes ‘Get Out the Bike Lane' bill and it now goes to the mayor's desk

Philadelphia’s City Council passed the “Get Out the Bike Lane” bill and cyclists are applauding the decision. This would make it illegal for cars to park or idle in bike lanes in the city and violators could face a fine of up to $125. The bill still needs to be signed by the mayor.
