City Controller Questions Mayor's Fund Spending

Philadelphia City Controller Alan Butkovitz says former Mayor Michael Nutter and his staff treated cash from a special account as a “slush fund” when annoucing the results of a probe into the spending. Nutter blasted the investigation Tuesday. NBC10’s Monique Braxton spoke to the director who asked for the probe.
