A wheelchair could be seen on a wet City Avenue after the deadly hit-and-run crash overnight. Keenan said the victim was disabled, in a wheelchair and was a former resident of Philadelphia. She was unhoused at the time of the crash.

Police have identified the car they believe is responsible and the driver who they are searching for in connection to this incident.

The striking vehicle is described as a late model Toyota Camry, dark colored paint, four door sedan, heavy tint on all windows, with a probable Pa. registration. The vehicle will have damage to the lower passenger front bumper, passenger front quarter panel and possibly the passenger side mirror. Police say the diver got out of the car and looked at the damage done to his car after the crash before driving away.

The driver they are searching for is a man that was wearing a black Nike-branded sweatshirt and sweatpants with the words "Just Do It" across the front of the sweatshirt, Keenan said.

Video evidence showed that the car was traveling at a high rate of speed.

“Vehicle was traveling faster than a vehicle typically would no matter the area or the hour,” Keenan said.
