Church in Delaware creates temporary neighborhood for the homeless

A church in Lewes, Delaware is offering a safe space for the homeless to live temporarily. Over two dozen men and women are staying in the outdoor tent area until November when they’ll move to an indoor shelter. NBC10’s Tim Furlong went to see this new space and explains the new initiative.
