Christie, Buono Make Last Push

Voters in New Jersey will head to the polls tomorrow to pick their next Governor. NBC10’s Tracy Davidson reports on the candidates final campaign push

It’s the home stretch in the Garden State.

The New Jersey governor's race is entering its final phase as the candidates seek support one day before the election.

New Mexico Gov. Susana Martinez is joining Gov. Chris Christie on a daylong bus tour as he seeks a second and final term.

Christie's bus tour starts at a diner in Nutley and ends with a campaign rally in Union City Monday night.

Democrat Barbara Buono's schedule is not as hectic. After breakfast with Bergen County Democrats, Buono will visit a phone bank in New Brunswick before attending a rally in Union Township.

Most polls have the Republican incumbent as a double-digit favorite over his Democratic challenger.

Polls open in New Jersey at 6 a.m. Tuesday. Full election results will be posted on NBC10.com.
