Chester County prison passing several motions to increase security

Residents of Chester County went to Pocopson Elementary School to get answers about how Danilo Cavalcante escaped the Chester County prison and how to prevent that from happening again. On Thursday, the prison board passed several motions to increase security at the prison. Residents say, these practices should’ve already been in place. NBC10’s Johnny Archer breaks down the details.
