Caught on cam: Halloween trick-or-treater selflessly fills up empty bowl with own candy

People in a neighborhood in Montgomery County are thanking a middle schooler for going against his friends on Halloween night. While fellow trick-or-treaters were acting unruly against a neighbor‘s home, he acted with kindness. NBC10’s Leah Uko has the story.
