Caught-on-cam: Officers help rescue 3-year-old boy who nearly drowned in pool at the Jersey Shore

Body camera footage and audio obtained by NBC10 show the dramatic rescue of a 3-year-old boy who nearly drowned in a swimming pool in Margate, New Jersey. NBC10’s Ted Greenberg spoke with the police officer and 911 dispatcher who were both honored for helping to save the child’s life.
