Carjackings on the Rise Throughout the Region

Police say the man who was caught on video carjacking a woman and leading police on a wild chase through Philadelphia is the same man who carjacked a salesman at a Cherry Hill Kia dealership last week. NBC10’s Matt DeLucia looks at the spike in carjackings in both Philadelphia and South Jersey.
