Carjacking Victim Gives Back to Community

A Northeast Philadelphia man is giving back to his community months after he nearly lost his life. Raheem Bell was sitting in his car when four men carjacked him; one of them shoot Raheem in the stomach. It’s been a long road to recovery, but now, he’s determined to give back to those who helped him heal. NBC10’s Brian Sheehan reports.
